Latest Addition to the Atelis Portfolio

Construction has begun on Bronte Residence — the newest asset in the Atelis Group portfolio, and a project we are delivering for ourselves.

The residence is held by the Atelis directors and delivered under the Atelis brand, with Atelis representation, superintendency, advisory and design direction throughout. Yannec Constructions will deliver the major works. The site is currently in demolition, with completion expected in 2027.

Moments from Bronte Beach, the residence is designed to meet the expectations of one of Sydney's most discerning markets. Full stone slab interiors and veneer joinery set the material language. A golf simulator, cold plunge and swimming pool sit within the scheme. Throughout, the detail is resolved to the standard the location demands.
